Rubelli was chosen by Bulgari to create the exclusive 2023 brand event(taking place at the same time as the Architecture Biennale) during which the Maison presented the Mediterranea high jewellery and high-end watches collection. To represent the eclectic spirit of the collection, Bulgari decided on Venice, forever a crossroads of exchanges and encounters.
At Palazzo Soranzo van Axel has recreated a series of spaces with a rich and captivating aesthetic, involving three prestigious Venice companies - Rubelli, Venini and Orsoni.
For the textile part, not only five custom fabrics designed by Bulgari, developed by Rubelli's technical department and produced at the Rubelli mill in Cucciago, but also an evocative floor-to-ceiling installation (devised by FormaFantasma) entirely covered with precious fabrics from the Rubelli collection.
