Luce, the new Rubelli textile collection, at Maison&Objet in the City 2026
The new LUCE collection — the third developed under the creative direction of Formafantasma — has been revelaed in Paris during Maison&Objet In the City 2026. Born from the observation of light as a living, vibrating element, it is dedicated to brilliance, movement, and unexpected chromatic depth. The new collection reflects Rubelli’s vast and eclectic know-how. It brings together various weaving techniques and different combinations of materials, where decorative fabrics sit naturally alongside more sober and rigorous ones. Luce includes fabrics for indoor use, high-performance outdoor textiles made in Italy with 100% solution-dyed acrylic, as well as 10 new wallcoverings, ranging from luminous, silky surfaces to tactile textures enhanced by delicate pale-gold accents. Across interiors and outdoors, light is the common thread: the essence of a collection that expresses Rubelli’s craftsmanship, know-how, and timeless design vision.
