Jacquard in wool and linen marked by irregular veining for a more raised surface and fuller volume. The streaks, with the mélange effect of the wool, bring to mind the wavy surface of sand. Highly resistant and suitable for upholstery.
Martino Gamper was born in Merano, North Italy in 1971. After completing an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker, he went on to study at the Academy of Applied Arts & Fine Arts in Vienna and the Royal College of Art in London, graduating with a masters in 2000.
