Printed chenille with high repeat. It has a play on positive/negative where patches of colour create the floral pattern. It is inspired by a watercolour on paper and it has a very unusual streaked effect. Suitable for heavy use.
Martino Gamper was born in Merano, North Italy in 1971. After completing an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker, he went on to study at the Academy of Applied Arts & Fine Arts in Vienna and the Royal College of Art in London, graduating with a masters in 2000.
