The bringing of new life to an Italian furnishing textile pattern from the end of the seventeenth century is the inspiration of Contessa. This lampas is available also in a richer version, Contessa Gold, more precious and luminous thanks to the insertion of a metallic yarn. Suitable for light use.
Martino Gamper was born in Merano, North Italy in 1971. After completing an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker, he went on to study at the Academy of Applied Arts & Fine Arts in Vienna and the Royal College of Art in London, graduating with a masters in 2000.
